Do You Have Dairy Free, Vegetarian or Gluten Free Meals?
We cater to a wide range of preferences and intolerances.
Please keep in mind that other meals do contain these ingredients – if you have severe allergies/intolerances, please contact us before you order and we can help with customising your meals to suit you.
If you are a coeliac then don’t consume our meals.
Where Do You Source Your Ingredients?
All ingredients are sourced daily and from local suppliers. Delivered fresh, daily.
How Do I Store My Meals?
Once you have received your GO! Meals, store them in the refrigerator as soon as possible. Please work out your meals as our fresh meals only last 3days in the refrigerator so if you got more than 3days worth of meals, we recommend you store those in the freezer.
Food safety advices to store your meals in the fridge with temperature below 5c.
How Do I Reheat My Meals?
From Fresh: Eat as is, provided it is still warm! [otherwise peel lid and heat for 1 minute]
From Refrigerator: Take the top lid and microwave for 60 – 90seconds for warm or 2 – 3minutes for hot.
From Frozen: For best results defrost the meals in the fridge overnight then microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. If you are reheating from frozen, defrost in the microwave for 4 minutes then heat on high for 2-3 mins
Due to varying microwave wattages, some microwaves may require more time.
How Long Do The Meals Last?
Our meals last up to 3 days in the fridge and up to 1 months frozen.
Food safety information: once, you took the meal out of the fridge, eat it within 2hours or put back in the fridge. If your meals was out of the fridge more than 2 to 4hours eat your meals immediately or throw it away. Do not put back in the fridge.
What Are The Payment Options?
We provide Debit/Credit Card via our online store and Paypal. [We accept Visa & Mastercard]
What If No One Is Home To Received Meals?
It would be best if you are home to collect meals, however we also supply icepack to keep the meals chilled till collected or you could contact us to re arrange delivery to where you are for e.g work address.
If you live in an apartment building or at work, it sometimes maybe difficult to complete a delivery. If there is access to your building and/or a safe place to leave, please provide specific delivery instructions when you pay. Or contact us.
If there is no access without you being present, we may have to contact you via phone call or text.
Can I Request My Order To Be Delivered On A Specific Day? What Time Will It Arrive?
GO! Paleo delivers ONLY on Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on other days.
Because we cook all our meals and do the deliveries ourselves, we are only able to abide by our current set up for the meantime.
Can You Deliver Outside Auckland?
Unfortunately in the meantime, we are unable to cater to our customers outside of Auckland.
This is to maintain a high level of quality and freshness of our meals.
We are however working on solving this problem, and once we can guarantee a satisfactory level of quality, we will deliver outside of Auckland!
How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
If your address changes at anytime, please contact us asap! We will set your new address as soon as we are notified.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery is $5 within Auckland City*.
*Does not include Greater Auckland Areas.
Where Is My Order?
Please be patient as we deliver Auckland wide and your meal may not arrive at an exact time. However if your order is missing, then please contact us immediately and we will assist you in locating your order.
What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel, you must let us know as soon as possible.
However please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders where the meal has already been made or on the day of cooking.
